Any existing fees or credits will appear on your account if you select the below tab:
This will show any fees that are outstanding or any credits that have not been used yet.
- Credits are applied when you cancel a booking, a refund is applied for a carrier credit or a fee is refunded as it was proven to be incorrect
- Fees are applied when there is a discrepancy between what you declared and what the carrier has measured, or an additional service is required for the transport of your goods.
If you cannot locate a fee or credit, this means that the credit amount has been used in full or the fee has either been charged or cancelled.
You can still search for these fees and credits (unfortunately you are unable to generate a CSV). Using the search function, you can filter by Status/Reason/Date Ranges to refine the search.
TIP: If you are searching for a charge that has appeared on your credit card statement, extend the date range to be a few days before the date on your statement.
To look at more detail of either the Fee or Credit, select the orange reference number once your search is complete and this will provide you with more detail.
