Resetting Your Password
To reset your password, please contact Temando support directly & one of the team will reset it for you.
Your password will reset to a temporary one & once you log in to your Temando dashboard you will be prompted to change the password to that of your choosing.
If you have an API integration or a connection to the Temando platform via a system like Magento or WooCommerce, please ensure you update your credentials on that side to match your new Temando logins, otherwise, you will have quoting issues.
If you simply use Dashboard, then there is nothing else to do.
Updating your Details
Log in to your Temando Dashboard & select the "My Details" option:
From there you can complete the online details with your best contact details:
Don't forget to hit 'Update' to save your details.
Adding a Credit Card
There are two places to store credit cards on your Temando Dashboard. One place for your bookings & the other for an incidentals card to be used for Auto Top Ups. Depending on your business needs, you may choose to use the same credit card for both or have two different credit cards on file.
Adding an Incidentals/Top Up Credit Card
Login to your Temando Dashboard and select the My Details tab:
Scroll down to Payment Details, hit the checkbox next to ‘PCI Compliant’ and fill in the fields with your credit card details. Once done, hit Update at the base of the page.
** Please note that currently the “store credit card for express payment” function, has been disabled

Setting Up an Auto Top Up
If you wish to set up an Auto Credit Topup ( ie. adding a credit top up to your Temando account rather than your credit card being charged each time), simply enter the amount you wish to be charged each time into the Credit field & press update.
*You will need to make a booking to activate the top up.
** If you no longer require the top, clear the amount so the field is blank and select Update.
Adding a Booking Credit Card
To store a credit card, make a dashboard booking as per normal. Once you get to the final confirmation page, select “Add a New Credit/Debit Card” in the “Other Payment method” drop-down:
Complete the required fields and proceed with the booking. This will save your credit card details for future use:
** At any point, you can remove these saved details. Simply select the red cross on the saved details to remove.
