After logging into your Dashboard, select either the “Create a New Booking” or “Send” buttons:
This will take you to the quote page and allow you to enter the details of your booking. Enter all your details- Pickup/Delivery address, packaging type, weight, dimensions, what date you would like the booking picked up on and if applicable the insurable value of your item.
TIP: Please make sure your package dimensions are accurate. Carriers will pass on additional charges for any discrepancies. We recommend adding an extra few centimetres onto each dimension) to your package dimensions to minimise additional charges.
When entering your details into the quote page, please ensure you review the “Pickup” and “Delivery” options dropdowns and select any options that are relevant to your booking.
If these options are not selected at the time of booking, it may affect the price of your quote and result in additional charges from the carrier.
Once you have completed all the details, submit your quote and the carrier options available will appear.

Once you have chosen your preferred carrier, complete the rest of the prompts and complete your booking.
TIP: If you need to make a change to your booking prior to confirming, simply click on the toolbar above the booking details to the section you need to amend. This stops you from losing any information you have already entered.
Once your booking is made, the below page will appear. Don’t forget to take note of your consignment number and print off your tracking label (The drivers won’t pick up your freight without this, so please make sure it is attached to your parcel as soon as possible after printing)
TIP: Thermal Labels can only be printed out via a special thermal printer. If you don’t have this type of printer, please print the standard label.
