How do I apply for a trade account?
Make sure you have signed up for a Temando account online. Once you have done this, complete the application form at the base of this page & send it to email@example.com including your client id. Our Finance team will review your application and will be in touch directly to confirm the setup.
Please note that Temando has weekly payment (7 day) terms. An invoice will be issued to you each Monday.
I need to increase or decrease my credit limit.
For changes to your credit limit submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org, please include:
- Your client id
- The amount you would like your account limit raised to
- Whether this is a one-off request or you require this to be permanent
All changes to credit limits need to be approved by our Finance team.
