I need to change my pickup date. How do I do this?
For any changes to the collection date, please contact email@example.com or get in touch on Live Chat, as soon as possible with your consignment note and the new pickup date & our team will arrange this with the carrier on your behalf.
What time will the carrier pick up my parcel?
Unless you have book in on the same day (point to point) service, we are unable to provide a set time window for your collection. Most carriers generally operate between 8am-6pm.
If you are unable to be at home, the carriers will collect unattended items as long as they are labelled & packaged to go.
We would recommend leaving it in a safe place that is not easily visible from the street, but the driver can find when he comes to your door.
There is always a risk that if a parcel is left unattended it could be stolen before the driver arrives to collect, please keep this in mind before leaving items unattended.
Why hasn’t my parcel been collected?
Unfortunately missed pickups do happen, as the drivers have incredibly tight schedules for all their deliveries & pickups. Drivers can be delayed by traffic, larger collections than anticipated and goods not being ready.
The driver will only wait for a very short window to collect freight, so we encourage all clients to ensure their packages are labeled & ready to go as soon as your booking is made, to avoid a missed collection.
If your pickup has not occurred, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your connote & we will reach out to the carrier to arrange another pickup for you.
