How do I cancel my pickup?
Don't need your parcel collected anymore? No problem, just email email@example.com to request a cancellation. Please include your request id and consignment number.
Don't forget to remove your parcel from the pickup area.
How will I be refunded?
Your refund will generally be applied to your account as a Temando credit, however, if you have paid via credit card or PayPal & want your refund returned to you that way, just let us know.
*Credit Card & PayPal refunds typically are received within 10 business days
Self Service Portal- Cancellations
We’ve recently released a new Self Service Portal, complete with Cancellation Functionality.
This allows you to access your bookings and cancel them via the portal without having to wait.
